Good to know before you book
Ensuring the best care for your furbabies — and peace of mind for you.
Booking & payment
- Book through our official channels or contact number.
- Services depend on sitter availability in your location.
- Full payment is required at booking to confirm your sitter.
- We accept bank transfer (UnionBank).
Cancellations & refunds
- 72+ hours before the start date: 90% refund.
- 24–72 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: non-refundable.
- If Happy Paws must cancel, you get a full refund or a reschedule.
What we need from you
- Secure access to your home (keys, codes).
- Enough food, medication, litter and supplies for the whole stay.
- Accurate contact details — please stay reachable.
- Clear notes on your pet's routine, habits and special needs.
Pet health & safety
- Pets must be vaccinated and free of contagious diseases.
- Tell us about medical conditions, allergies or behaviour issues.
- In an emergency we contact you first; if unreachable, we take your pet to the nearest vet at your cost.
- We may decline pets showing aggressive behaviour.
Sitter matching & areas
- We serve Metro Manila, Boracay and surrounding agreed-upon areas.
- You're matched with a trained sitter nearest to you; assignments may vary.
- A complimentary meet & greet is highly recommended.
Liability & photos
- Our sitters take all reasonable care of your pets and property.
- We're not liable for self-inflicted injuries, or lost pets where proper containment wasn't provided.
- Property damage is covered only if caused by sitter negligence.
- Unless you say otherwise, we may share photos of your pet on our socials.
