Happy Paws Pet Sitting PH ("Happy Paws", "we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Booking details you send us by WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Instagram or email: your name, contact number, address or area, dates, and your pet's details and care instructions.
- Reviews you submit on this website: your name, your pet's and sitter's names, rating and review text. To prevent spam we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself.
- Website usage through the Meta Pixel (see below).
How we use it
- To match you with a sitter, confirm and deliver your booking, and contact you about it.
- To publish reviews you agreed to share, after our team approves them.
- To measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses cookies to record visits and actions such as tapping a WhatsApp or booking button, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. Meta processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. You can control ads based on your activity in your Meta ad preferences or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We share booking details only with the sitter or groomer assigned to you. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for a published review, at any time.
